Slay Alive's Truth or Dare

We had so much fun playing this in the Big Brother House during Season Two, I thought it would be fun to post a thread for it.

Rules are simple: someone posts a truth or a dare, and you answer or do the dare, then you (or someone else) posts a new one. Please keep it PG-13 and stay in line with the forum's rules, especially when it comes to dares. We don't want people doing things that might get them into trouble. Questions and dares don't have to Whedonverse related, although those are extra fun. Any past dare or truth you are free to do, provided it hasn't already been done by someone else. We are all just here to have some crazy fun! For dares, try to make it something that we can have proof you did it: for example, if someone asks you to ask a person a weird question on their profile, then post a link to said conversation, or just tell us where you put it. That way, we can know you did the dare and didn't just chicken out.

I'll start out with something simple and fairly tame to get us started:

Truth: What Whedonverse character do you think you are most like and why?

Dare: Post a picture of yourself with your favorite Buffy collectible item on this thread, as well as the Post-a-Pic Thread.

EDIT: Forgot, I was going to take that Truth. If I knew the world was going to end--like definitely knew--I would spend my last day with my family.

Truth: How did you discover SlayAlive?

Dare: Post a video of yourself dancing to the Buffy or Angel theme songs.

Truth(yes, I know, I'm a coward): I was looking through the newspaper's TV programme section, saw that something called "Buffy and the vampires"(Buffy och vampyrerna in swedish, which is how it was translated). I thought "Vampires, cool! Too bad I missed a episode already"

Although I think might have seen a trailer on TV, wanted to watch it, but forgotten about it until I read the newspaper and thought "Damn, I missed it".

Either way, that's how I found the show and began watching it. I think The harvest was my first episode.

Truth: Tell us at about what age you stopped picking your nose or stopped wetting the bed.
Dare: Go and introduce yourself to a person you don't know, and have a chat for a minute or two.

I found slayalive through some sort of advertizing for the Angel Interaction cover contest. Fans who subscribed to the 12 first issues of a special Angel after the fall subcription got to send in their cover ideas, and the one that won the voting over at slayalive got their cover made. That's how I found the forum.

I mean in the real world, but yeah, I guess it could be done online. Not sure what you mean about linking though. I didn't really have in mind that after you walk up to someone and talk for a while you say "Well, bye, I talked to you on a dare. Could you confirm this in this thread?" IMHO, it could be considered rude, even if it's done online.

So just talk to anyone, online or in real life. No proof needed, I'll believe you.

@Skytteflickan88 -- Yeah, I get what you mean, but when we played the game before we kept it within the forum. Like, we would post something on a person's profile then let everyone know "We posted this on so-and-so's page" and then we'd go check it out, so we could see the results of the dares. I'm always meeting new people though. That's fun.

Like, $180 on my Chosen Collection several years ago. ...I don't do much collecting.
